Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Flour 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (2 Milliliter)
  Chicken wings 20
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Milk 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Breadcrumbs 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 375 °-400 °F (190 °-205 °C).
–  In a large bowl, combine all seasoned flour ingredients. Dredge chicken wings with this mixture.
–  In a separate bowl, whip milk and eggs. Dip chicken wings in the liquid then coat with breadcrumbs.
–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Fry chicken wings in deep-fryer for 4 minutes.
–  Finish cooking process in oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
