Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 2 Large, boned and each cut into half
  Maple syrup/Maple flavor syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Pecans 3 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Brush chicken-breast halves all over with maple syrup. On waxed paper, combine chopped pecans, flour, and salt. Coat chicken breasts completely with nut mixture.
2. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, heat butter or margarine and salad oil until butter melts; add chicken breasts; cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning chicken once and adding more salad oil if needed, until chicken is browned on all sides and fork-tender.

very good, i just think that a teaspoon of salt is too much, i think it was lightly salty. I would definetly make it again, so healty and cleaver choice for my family.
