|Lime juice||90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoon)|
|Honey||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Rice vinegar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Cilantro||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Grated ginger root||1 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces (Boneless And Skinless)|
|Red bell pepper||1 Large, cored and cut into 16 pieces|
|Red onion||1 Small, cut into pieces|
|New zealand kiwi fruits||6 , peeled and quartered|
|Peeled frozen shrimp||16|
Lime-Ginger Marinade: Whisk together ingredients until well combined.
Toss chicken, peppers and onions with Lime-Ginger Marinade; marinate 1-2 hours in refrigerator.
When ready to cook, toss kiwi fruit and shrimp with other ingredients to coat with Marinade.
Divide ingredients among 8 skewers.
Grill or broil, 3-4 minutes per side, turning skewers once, until chicken and shrimp are cooked through.
