Ingredients
  Whole chicken 4 1⁄2 Pound (2 Kilogram)
  Oil/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Orange juice 310 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)
  Orange peel 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Savory 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken consomme 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Honey 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Truss chicken. Baste with butter or oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
–  Place in a roasting pan and cook until golden, about 45 minutes.
–  Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the other ingredients.
–  Pour mixture over the golden chicken and cook 1 hour longer, basting often.
–  At the end of cooking process, boil the cooking juices until thick and baste the chicken with this sauce.
