Chicken Breasts Mascarade
|Bacon slices||6 , cooked and chopped|
|Onion||60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Breadcrumbs||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
– Place daisy steamer in saucepan containing 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) water. Bring to a boil.
– Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all breading ingredients.
– Skin chicken breasts, coat with a thin layer of breading and garnish with any one of the 8 garnishing choices . Steam coated, garnished breasts for 20 minutes.
– Arrange on a serving dish. Coat with the sauce of your choice.
