Braised Chicken Legs With Rotini
|Oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Tomato paste||5 1⁄2 Ounce (156 Milliliter)|
|Water||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Rotini pasta||500 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cups)|
– In a large skillet, heat oil, melt butter and cook chicken legs until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
– Add onion, bay leaf, and marjoram.
– In a bowl, dilute tomato paste in water. Pour over chicken legs, cover skillet and let simmer for 20 minutes.
– Add cooked rotini to mixture, let simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
