Tired of the same old BBQ sauce? This is a great twist on grilled chicken, with an Asian inspired sauce
basted on in the final third of cooking.
Chicken leg quarters
Season chicken on both sides with salt & pepper.
-Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- Grill chicken over direct medium heat until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally and
move around grill for even cooking.
- Move chicken to indirect heat and cook for about 10 minutes more with the lid closed.
- Start brushing both sides with the sauce, turning occasionally and continuing to brush on sauce until
chicken os fully cooked.
