Chicken With Black Bean Sauce is a sumptuous chicken preparation that is perfect for a party or a grand family backyard dinner. This tasty dish is my husbands favorite. Try this excellent Chicken With Black Bean Sauce at home!
  Chicken thighs 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black beans 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon, rinsed and chopped
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green onion 3 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Use a cleaver to chop each chicken thigh into 2 or 3 pieces.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry chicken pieces 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Add wine, garlic and black beans.
Stir-fry 10 seconds.
Add soy sauce, sugar, green onion and 1 cup boiling water.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until only 3 tablespoons sauce remain; mix well.
