Chicken With Potatoes & Peppers
|Italian dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into pieces (1 Piece)|
|Canned whole peeled tomatoes||28 Ounce, undrained and chopped (1 Can)|
|All purpose potatoes||1 Pound, cut in to chunks|
|Onions||2 Medium, cut in quarters|
|Peppers||2 Medium, cut into thin strips (Red Green / Yellow)|
|Rosemary leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 375°.
In large skillet, heat Italian dressing and brown chicken over medium-high heat; set aside.
In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, combine remaining ingredients; add chicken and turn to coat.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 50 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender
