Chicken with potatoes and pepper is a vegetable chicken recipe. Oven cooked with chicken flavored with Italian dressing, it is baked with added canned tomatoes and twin herbs. Fresh and flavorful, the chicken with potatoes and pepper can be served for both parties and homely dinners.
Ingredients
  Italian dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into pieces (1 Piece)
  Canned whole peeled tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained and chopped (1 Can)
  All purpose potatoes 1 Pound, cut in to chunks
  Onions 2 Medium, cut in quarters
  Peppers 2 Medium, cut into thin strips (Red Green / Yellow)
  Rosemary leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
In large skillet, heat Italian dressing and brown chicken over medium-high heat; set aside.
In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, combine remaining ingredients; add chicken and turn to coat.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 50 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender
