Lemon Herb Cornish Hens
|Rock cornish hens||2 Pound, split in half (2 Piece)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken flavor instant bouillon/2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Rosemary leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
Season hens lightly with salt and pepper.
In small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes.
Grill hens until tender and crisp, about 1 hour, turning and basting frequently with sauce.
