Lemon Herb Cornish Hens

Lemon herb cornish hens is a simple and devilishly easy recipe that can be prepared with chicken too. Flavored a cooked sauce prepared with onions and garlic along with lemon juice and chicken bouillon infused with fresh herbs, the hens are grilled to cook. basted often as it cooks, the lemon herb cornish hens are great for outdoor or back yard parties and get togethers!
Ingredients
  Rock cornish hens 2 Pound, split in half (2 Piece)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken flavor instant bouillon/2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary leaves 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season hens lightly with salt and pepper.
In small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes.
Grill hens until tender and crisp, about 1 hour, turning and basting frequently with sauce.
Refrigerate leftovers.
