Chicken And Broccoli
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound, cut into bite-size pieces|
|Broccoli flowerets||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked|
|Egg white||1 , beaten|
|Soy sauce||5 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Lemon juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In medium bowl, combine egg white, 3 teaspoons soy sauce and cornstarch; mix well.
Add chicken; stir to coat.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
In large skillet, over high heat, brown chicken in oil; remove.
Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender.
Add chicken, broccoli and remaining ingredients except rice; heat through.
