Chicken Wings with the black bean garlic sauce and pork loin back Ribs with ginger-garlic marinade makes an excellent finger food for a party. Serve the Chiken Wings & Ribs as part of a Chinese meal with a stir-fried vegetable. Try out and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Chicken drumettes 3 Pound
  Black bean garlic sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry sherry/Madeira wine 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped peeled ginger 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1)Rinse the chicken in a colander under cool tap water and keep aside to drain well.
2) In a large bowl, mix together all the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Add the chicken and stir well to coat thoroughly. Cover tightly and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.
3) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a broiler pan or large rimmed baking sheet with a foil and coat lightly with the cooking spray.
4) Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the sheet, and place the pan in the oven. After 30 minutes, remove and turn chicken pieces. Return pan to the oven and bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is glazed and very tender.
5) Serve hot, warm or at the room temperature.
