Thai Stir Fried Peanut Chicken And Tofu

Thai peanut chicken and tofu is an interesting recipe. It is easy and does not take long to prepare. This dish has Thai seasoning and Thai peanut sauce which adds a new flavor to the chicken. There is least oil used. Served with rice, Thai peanut chicken and tofu is a healthy recipe.
Ingredients
  Zucchini 1
  Chinese peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4
  Mushrooms 4
  Carrots 2
  Celery stalks 2
  Green onion stalk 1
  Firm tofu 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Peanut sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  White rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast 1⁄2 , diced
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Thai seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Make green beans with garlic, oil, salt and pepper, garlic salt.
2. Bake the beans in oven for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a pan and saute onion, garlic.
4. Add chicken, carrot, celery and cook.
5. Add mushrooms, zucchini and tofu. Cook for a while.
6. Mix soy sauce, Thai seasoning and peanut sauce.
7. Add sauce mixture to the chicken.
8. Add green beans also. Stir to mix.
9. Serve with mixed rice.
