This is a really easy recipe for "breaded" chicken strips, or chicken fingers. Very few ingredients and very little time to make. Enjoy!
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Parmigiano reggiano cheese
1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Egg With A Dash Of Cream)
1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
1. Put the chicken strips in the egg bath, then dip them in parmigiana cheese and then the grounded pork grain.
2. Keep it aside in a plate and follow the same procedure for the rest of the chicken strips.
3. Deep fry in a pan.
4. Fry until they are brown and flip them over to brown on other side.
