This recipe is so very easy and it tastes so good! Just like KFC chicken without the breaded skin! Really low carb!
1. First salt and pepper the chicken breast and keep in a glass baking tray.
2. Put rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
3. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
4. Pop it in 350 degree oven for an hour until it is brown.
