Low Carb KFC Chicken

This recipe is so very easy and it tastes so good! Just like KFC chicken without the breaded skin! Really low carb!
Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4
  Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. First salt and pepper the chicken breast and keep in a glass baking tray.
2. Put rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
3. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
4. Pop it in 350 degree oven for an hour until it is brown.

Kelly from Lowcarbcafe has a very simple recipe; she throws all ingredients in a bowl except chicken, mixes them up and spreads on top of the chicken. The chicken goes into the oven for 1 hour and when it comes out its as delicious as KFC chicken.

Why aren't there any herbs & spices? Wouldn't that make it better?
