Herb Lemon Chicken
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||4|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lipton golden herb with lemon mix||2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dip chicken in egg, then flour.
Place in large skillet and brown in oil over medium heat.
Add soup mix and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
