Oven Barbecued Chicken
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||20 Ounce (Four 5 Ounce Pieces)|
|Jellied cranberry sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
Combine cranberry sauce, tomato sauce and mustard.
Brush both sides of chicken breasts with mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken, brush with barbecue mixture again and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
