Ingredients
  Frying chickens 6 Pound, cleaned (Two 3 Pounds Chicken)
  Buttermilk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Place chicken pieces in a large bowl and cover with buttermilk.
Let chicken soak at least 1 hour, refrigerated.
When ready to cook, drain chicken for a few moments, then coat thoroughly with flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken in hot oil until crisp golden brown and cooked through.
