Homemade Chicken A La King

|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade, Canned Or From Bouillon Cube)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked green peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely shredded cheddar cheese||1 Tablespoon|

1. Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole in microwave oven (about
1 minute at High). Blend in flour. Add chicken broth and milk gradually, stirring until smooth.
2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 6 to 7 minutes at High, or until sauce comes to boiling and thickens; stir after each minute.
3. Add seasonings, chicken, peas and pimiento to sauce; stir. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 5 minutes at High, or until thoroughly heated; stir twice.
4. Stir cheese into chicken mixture.
