|Homemade ketchup/Or commercial||2 Cup (32 tbs) (with vegetable chunks)|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In an ovenproof covered casserole dish, place chicken.
Season with salt and pepper.
Coat with ketchup.
Cook in oven 1 hour.
Remove chicken and cooking juices from casserole dish.
Set aside chicken.
Using a sieve, strain cooking juices over casserole.
Sprinkle with flour.
Over moderate heat, stir until sauce thickens.
Place chicken in sauce.
Continue cooking 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
