Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 30 Ounce, skinned and boned (Six 5 Ounce Pieces)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fat free margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon pepper 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place chicken in large casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread margarine on each piece of chicken.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
