Herb Baked Chicken
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
Combine garlic, paprika, oregano, pepper and lemon peel.
Rub over chicken.
Arrange chicken in 12x8-inch dish with meatier portions toward edge of dish.
Drizzle with lemon
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Cook on COOK 4.
After cooking, release plastic wrap.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cover with wax paper.
Cook at HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 minutes.
TO COMPLETE: Chicken should be tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
