Foil Wrapped Chicken Surprise
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Quick cooking rice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Green bell peppers||2 , sliced into rounds|
|Tomatoes||3 , halved|
|Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
Place chicken legs inside.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom, seasonings and parsley.
Sprinkle half over chicken.
Surround chicken with rice, bell peppers and tomatoes.
Season with remaining mushroom mixture.
In a bowl, blend cream and water.
Pour over chicken.
Seal aluminum foil.
Cook in oven2 hours.
Open aluminum foil.
Roast chicken 30 minutes.
