Creole Oven Fried Chicken

|Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts||30 Ounce (Six 5 Ounce Pieces)|
|Crushed corn flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creole seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
Combine Creole seasoning and corn flake crumbs.
Brush chicken with buttermilk and roll chicken in crumb mixture.
Place chicken in baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
