Start with pounding some chicken breast. You need 1/4 inch thickness.
Season the chicken with some seasoning salt.
Chop 1 tbsp shallot.
Saute the shallot and chicken in a pan with some water. Then add 1 tbsp oil.
Once done, remove the chicken from the pan and prepare the sauce.
Turn down the flame and add the sour cream and then the heavy cream, simmer and stir constantly.
Serve with carrots and broccoli some sauce over the chicken.
