amyeatinglow's picture
My friend is visiting from NY and she's italian so we wanted to make an italian meal that we both could eat. This is my compromise meal. I made a eating low-friendly spaghetti sauce that I could put on chicken and she could put on her pasta. This came out really good!
Ingredients
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce
Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Tomato paste 4 Tablespoon
  Splenda 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken breasts 1 Pound
  Shredded parmesan 1 Tablespoon
Directions

You can make the sauce ahead of time to save time.
Add tomato sauce, 1/2 can water, 2 spoonfuls tomato paste, packet of splenda, and any italian spices you like to a pot and bring to boil.
Turn heat down and simmer for 1 hour.
Add a thin layer of sauce to a glass baking dish.
Place chicken cutlets in pan on top of sauce.
Spoon some sauce over chicken breasts and add a sprinkle of parmesan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes (or longer if needed).
You can add more sauce or parm if desired at the end.

You have no way to end the videos. If I try to view the next video I can't. So I Xed out the tab to stop the video. Well I tried going to a tab and pulled your site up there. Your other site kept going on the audio. You need to put stops on you site. Margie
