Rolled Chicken And Asparagus
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||20 Ounce (4 Pieces, 5 Ounce Each)|
|Asparagus spears||30 , tough ends removed|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||6 , chopped|
Cut chicken breasts into 8 or 10 strips, each about 1x5-inches long.
Wrap each strip in a corkscrew fashion around 2 or 3 asparagus spears.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Place in a covered baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and onions.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
