Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 20 Ounce (4 Pieces, 5 Ounce Each)
  Asparagus spears 30 , tough ends removed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 6 , chopped
Directions

Cut chicken breasts into 8 or 10 strips, each about 1x5-inches long.
Wrap each strip in a corkscrew fashion around 2 or 3 asparagus spears.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Place in a covered baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and onions.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove toothpicks.
