Three Way Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  Garlic sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Commercial Oriental)
  Barbecue sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Commercial)
  Chicken wings 3 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

First way: stove top cooking In a casserole dish, mix both sauces.
Add chicken wings.
Season to taste.
Over moderate heat, simmer until wings are cooked.
Second way: charcoal grill cooking In a bowl, mix both sauces.
Generously brush over chicken wings.
Season.
Barbecue, basting often with sauce.
Third way: oven cooking Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
In an ovenproof dish, mix both sauces.
Add chicken wings.
Season.
Cook in oven 40 minutes or until wings are tender.
Baste regularly with sauce.
