  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pureed chick peas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), cubed
  Cooked chopped spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bechamel sauce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon

Fry the onions and garlic in oil 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Combine pureed chick-peas, potatoes, and spinach and add to the bechamel sauce.
Stir and bring to a quick boil.
Add the onions and garlic, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
