|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pureed chick peas||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), cubed|
|Cooked chopped spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bechamel sauce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Fry the onions and garlic in oil 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Combine pureed chick-peas, potatoes, and spinach and add to the bechamel sauce.
Stir and bring to a quick boil.
