Chicken Livers With Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken livers 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Green bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Sweet red pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter.
Saute chicken livers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Over moderate heat, cook 3-4 minutes.
Set aside.
In a frying pan, melt remaining butter.
Cook minced onion 2-3 minutes.
Add peppers.
Continue cooking 3 minutes.
Fold vegetables into fried livers.
