Shredded Sesame Chicken

Try the Shredded Sesame Chicken the next time you host a party!. I promise you, your guests will love the texture and flavor of the Shredded Sesame Chicken! Personally, I love chicken in any form but this is my favorite!
  Chicken breasts 2
  Garlic flakes 2 , crushed
  Egg 1
  Cornflour 4 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Hot oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 1⁄4 , cut into 1" squares
  Onion 1 Large, cut into 8 pieces
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ajino-moto 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Boil chicken breasts in 1/2 cup water with 1/2 tsp salt and crushed garlic for about 5 minutes or pressure cook till 1 whistle.
Prepare a coating batter with egg, cornflour, soya sauce and sesame seeds.
Add 1 tbsp hot oil to the batter.
Pat the boiled breasts on a clean napkin.
Dip in the prepared batter and shallow fry in a pan in 3 tbsp oil till golden.
Remove on paper napkin.
Cut into 3/4" strips.
Heat oil.
Add 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste and onions.
Add cabbage.
Add all other ingredients.
Add chicken.
Mix well.
