Microwave Oven Fried Chicken
|Broiler fryer||3 Pound, cut in serving pieces, rinsed and patted dry (1 Chicken)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned coating mix||1 (1 Package For Chicken)|
1. Dip chicken pieces in milk and then shake in a bag with coating mix. Place breaded pieces skin-side-up in a 1 1/2 -quart glass baking dish with thin end toward center and thicker end toward outside. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with waxed paper.
2. Cook in microwave oven 9 minutes at High. Rearrange chicken pieces. Cook covered 8 to 9 minutes at High, or until done.
3. Remove from oven. Cover with aluminum foil and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
