Ingredients
  Chicken livers 2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Shallots 16 , chopped
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1) Place chicken livers in butter and brown for 5 minutes per side. Lightly season with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2) Stir in the chopped shallots and white wine. Lower flame and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
