Chicken Breasts Baked In Cream

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 2 Pound (2 Pieces)
  Shortening 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small Variety)
  Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  20% cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 300° (slow).
Cut chicken breasts in half crosswise, making four serving pieces.
In a heavy skillet, brown breasts in shortening until golden.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly.
Bake about 2 hr., or until tender.
