|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), pressed|
|Sour cream||5 Ounce|
|Light cream||4 Ounce|
|Monterey jack cheese||2 Ounce|
1. Divide the chicken into 8-10 pieces. Brown the butter in a frying pan. Add the chicken parts and brown quickly.
2. Add the pressed garlic and the water plus the light cream.
3. Stir the cheese together with some of the sour cream until it becomes smooth. Add to pan together with the ketchup.
4. Cover and let simmer over a low flame for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the sour cream, simmer, and season with salt and pepper.
