Cuban Chicken Parmesan

This baked recipe for chicken is different, it has mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce flavoring. Chicken parmesan can be served with pasta, and vegetables.
  Chicken breast 4
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat mozzarella cheese slice 4
  Low sugar low fat tomato sauce 32 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Olive oil spray 1

Spray baking dish with olive oil.

Coat chicken with bread crumbs. Spray some olive oil spray on top of chicken to give it a crispy texture.

Bake 400*F for 20-25 minutes. (till internal temperature of chicken is 165*F)

Heat tomato sauce in a covered microwave safe dish, 3-5 minutes.

Remove chicken from oven and place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast. Spoon warm tomato sauce over chicken.

Bake an additional 5 minutes.
