Spicy Baked Chicken Wings
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red onion||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Hot sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken wings||25 , separated into 2 pieces|
In small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, onion, garlic, parsley, mayonnaise, blue cheese, lemon juice, seasoned salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, hot sauce and salt.
Place chicken wings in 3-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Brush wings with butter mixture.
Bake at 350°E, 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
