Oven Barbecue Chicken
|Leg quarters/Breasts||4 Pound|
|Barbecue sauce||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Bottles, Of Choice)|
|Red pepper||1 Tablespoon|
Separate thighs from drumsticks.
Place chicken in pot and cover with water.
Bring to low boil until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and place in 10 x 12-inch baking dish.
Cover with barbecue sauce; stir in red pepper.
Place under broiler at 320° for 30 to 45 minutes.
