Ingredients
  Carrot strips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)
  Red bell pepper strips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)
  Summer squash strips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)
  Zucchini strips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken 2 Teaspoon (Wyler's / Steero)
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 4
  Flavor instant bouillon/2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes 2 Ounce (2 Packets)
Directions

In large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
Add water, bouillon, thyme, onion powder and carrots.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables; cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer or until tender.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
