|Carrot strips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)|
|Red bell pepper strips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)|
|Summer squash strips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)|
|Zucchini strips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thin)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chicken||2 Teaspoon (Wyler's / Steero)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||4|
|Flavor instant bouillon/2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes||2 Ounce (2 Packets)|
In large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
Add water, bouillon, thyme, onion powder and carrots.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables; cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer or until tender.
Garnish as desired.
