Microwave Fried Chicken
|Broiler fryer||3 Pound, cut up (1 Whole)|
|Corn flake crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
1. Wash chicken and coat with crumbs. In a 1 -cup glass measure, heat butter 45 seconds.
2. On roasting rack in a 2-quart glass baking dish, arrange chicken with meatier pieces around edges of dish, and smaller pieces, such as wings, in the center. Pour a small amount of butter over each piece. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Cook 10 to 1 2 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and coat each piece with remaining butter and paprika. Cook 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Let rest 5 minutes
