Rotini Stir Fry
|Rotini||1⁄2 Pound (Cooked According To Package Directions And Drained, Half Package Of 1 Pound, CreametteÂ®)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Carrot curls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried tarragon leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Broccoli flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||2 , cut into strips (Whole)|
|Chicken flavored instant bouillon||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Wyler'sÂ® Or SteeroÂ®)|
In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, broccoli, carrots and onion.
Cook and stir over medium heat until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add water, bouillon and tarragon; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
Add hot cooked rotini and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
