Imperial Chicken Bake
|Dry breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken breast halves||6 , skinned and boned|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, crushed|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Grated parmesan cheese||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Dip each breast in milk, and dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Arrange in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Combine butter, garlic, and lemon juice; drizzle over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until tender
