Chicken And Two Pepper Stir Fry
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Scallions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Reduced sodium stir fry sauce with garlic and ginger||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground red pepper||To Taste|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast||1 Pound (PerdueÂ® Fit 'N Easy Fresh, 1 Package)|
|Bell peppers||2 , cut into thin strips (Red Or Yellow)|
With sharp knife, cut tenders in half lengthwise, then crosswise.
In wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add chicken, bell peppers and scallions.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is cooked through and light browned.
Stir in sauce and water; stir-fry until well combined.
Season with salt and ground red pepper.
