Chicken And Two Pepper Stir Fry

Like some spicy chicken and two pepper stir fry? This chicken and two pepper stir fry is easy to make and a treat to your palate as well. Try it!
Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Scallions 4 , thinly sliced
  Reduced sodium stir fry sauce with garlic and ginger 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground red pepper To Taste
  Boneless skinless chicken breast 1 Pound (Perdue® Fit 'N Easy Fresh, 1 Package)
  Bell peppers 2 , cut into thin strips (Red Or Yellow)
Directions

With sharp knife, cut tenders in half lengthwise, then crosswise.
In wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add chicken, bell peppers and scallions.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is cooked through and light browned.
Stir in sauce and water; stir-fry until well combined.
Season with salt and ground red pepper.
