Barbeque Chicken And Vegetable Lavosh
|Armenian cracker bread||1 Large, dry|
|Skinless cooked diced chicken breast||8 Ounce|
|Bib sauce||4 Ounce|
|Softened cream cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 , diced|
|Diced green onions||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Chopped fresh basil||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
Wet cracker bread quickly under running water.
Place two damp towels underneath and on top of bread.
Cook chicken and coat with sauce.
Mix all spices and herbs in softened cheese.
Remove top towel from bread, spread with cheese mixture and sprinkle with vegetables and chicken.
Roll firmly into a pinwheel type roll.
Wrap in towel, chill and slice.
