Coq Au Vin

Coq Au Vin has an outstanding taste. The chicken and brandy gives the Coq Au Vin an astonishing taste. Coq Au Vin is inspired by restaurants internationally. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frying chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Bacon slices 3 , cut in 1 inch pieces
  Onion 1 Large, cut in quarters
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced (1 Package)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed or finely chopped
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Set aside.
Place bacon in 2-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until almost crisp.
Add chicken and remaining seasoned flour to bacon and drippings.
Mix in onion, mushrooms, garlic, wine, brandy, bay leaf and parsley.
Cover tightly.
MICRO WAVE 15 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir.
Do not cover.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on HIGH, or until chicken is fork tender.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes, covered.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
