|Gold medal flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Coat quartered 2- to 2 1/2-lb frying chicken by shaking in sack containing Seasoned Flour.
Place in heavy skillet in 1/2" hot fat.
Turn to brown evenly, 15 to 20 min.
Add 3 tbsp. water; cover and cook over low heat on top of range 45 to 60 min., or until tender.
Uncover last 5 to 10 min.
