Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken 750 Gram (Thighs Or Drumsticks)
  Black peppercorns 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, coarsely crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 6 Tablespoon
  Salted butter 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat a non stick pan.
Add butter.
Let it melt.
Add chicken.
Stir fry for 4-5 minutes or till it changes colour and turns whitish.
Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp freshly crushed pepper.
Mix.
Cover.
Lower heat and cook till chicken is tender, for about 10-15 minutes.
Increase heat.
Add lemon juice.
Stir for a minute.
