Savory Stir Fry
|Chicken bouillon cube||1|
|Boiling water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Worcestershire||4 Tablespoon (Heinz Brand)|
|Julienned carrot strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sauce)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon, divided (Sauce)|
|Julienned zucchini strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sauce)|
|Green onions||8 , cut into 1 inch lengths (Sauce)|
|Boneless chicken breast halves||4 , cut into 2 x 21/2 inch strips (Sauce)|
Dissolve bouillon cube in water; stir in Worcestershire sauce, then cornstarch.
In preheated large skillet or wok, stir-fry carrots in 1 tablespoon oil 1 minute.
Add zucchini and green onions; stir-fry 1 minute.
In same skillet, stir-fry half the chicken in remaining 1 tablespoon oil 1 to 2 minutes; remove.
Stir-fry remaining chicken.
Return vegetables and chicken to skillet; stir in Worcestershire sauce mixture.
Cook until thickened, stirring to coat chicken and vegetables.
