Chicken Livers Chablis

Chicken Livers Chablis has a different taste. The fruit juice flavored poultry meat lives makes the chicken livers Chablis the prefect Appetizer.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen chicken livers 16 Ounce, Defrosted (Two 8 Ounce Packages)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Chablis/White grape juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Place butter in 2-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE on HIGH until melted.
Dredge livers in flour.
Arrange in casserole in single layer.
Cover loosely with waxed paper.
MICROWAVE 7 MINUTES on '8', turning livers over after 4 minutes.
Gently stir in onion, catsup and wine.
Cover with waxed paper.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on '8', or until livers are tender.
Stir.
Serve hot on bed of rice.
For ovens without solid state heat control, MICROWAVE 5 to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, turning livers over every 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH, stirring twice.
