Baked Chicken Pieces With Orange Sauce
|Orange||1⁄2 , cut into thin slices|
|Chicken pieces||3 , skin removed, broken into pieces|
|Sweet white wine||125 Milliliter|
|Squeezed orange juice||125 Milliliter|
|Apple juice||60 Milliliter|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon, squeezed|
|Parsley sprigs||1 (For Garnish)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove chicken, place in a baking dish and cook in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, add the wine, orange juice, orange slices, apple juice, lime juice and honey to frying pan.
Bring liquid to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
Remove chicken from oven and add to the frying pan.
Turn chicken to cover in sauce, pour chicken and orange sauce into serving dish and garnish with parsley.
